Check your e-mail settings
Are you using the correct server settings? Optionally, you can also use our webmail.
- Check if your domain name isn't expired
- Mailboxes only work with a valid and active domain name.
- Check if you are using the Basic, Professional or Business version
- If you downgrade, the mailboxes are deactivated with some delay.
- Check our servers' status
- Verify the server status. If there is a problem with one of our servers, it usually gets reported and fixed immediately.
