By placing an order with Naxcar Bv at www.NaxcarParts.com,
you agree to the terms and conditions stated.
At NaxcarParts.com we make the ordering process as easy as possible. Our mission is to provide you with the best products and the best service in the American automotive industry in Europe. We also know that clients are cautious about terms and conditions since they are often tricky and misleading. Our goal is to make shopping with us a trustworthy process and as simple as 1-2-3.
In these Terms & conditions:
"NaxcarParts": the website of NAXCAR BVBA where we sell products to cliënt's.
“Cliënt”: every natural person that places an order by NaxcarParts.
“Order”: the request from the cliënt to close an agreement between NAXCAR and a cliënt of the webshop "NaxcarParts" to order the product as shown on www.NaxcarParts.com.
“Products”: all goods offered by NAXCAR on NaxcarParts that are the main source of one or more order(s).

Offers and agreement:
Offers are only available as long as they last.
An agreement is closed on the moment that an e-mail is sent to the customer's e-mail address as stated on the order.
The Cliënt and NAXCAR agree that a valid agreement can be closed by using electronical communication
and that a real signature is not needed as validation.
As far as the Law allows, the electronical files of NAXCAR apply as a suspecting of evidence.
NaxcarParts has the right to cancel orders in the following cases:
- if a product is not in stock, nor available.
- if we're seriously suspecting the cliënt for abuse of rights
All our prices are stated in Euro (€) or Pond Sterling (£) (you can choose on the website),
all prices include Belgian 21% VAT.
All price quotations by phone or email may also include VAT unless otherwise stated.
The Price as stated by e-mail as order confirmation is the official price that needs to be paid.
NaxcarParts has the right to change the price of a product at any moment,
but the pricing of the products on the invoice will always be the same as the prices on the webshop at the moment of your order.
Online payments can be done by PayPal or Bancontact.
If you choose to pay by Bank Transfer we will send you a confirmation e-mail with our Bank Account and IBAN N°,
as well as the total amount of your order.
Pre-order orders will only be placed if we have received 50% of the total amount on our Bank Account.
Orders of products that we have in stock need to be completely paid on our Bank Account before we send them out. By International Payments by Bank Transfer we need the IBAN and BIC codes.
Invoices need to be payed within 8 days.

If a cliënt does not pay within the stated period on the invoice, NAXCAR has the right to cancel an agreement.
Leading Time (ETA) & Shipping:
We do our best to get the ordered items as fast as possible available.
The Leading Time or Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) is mentioned as an indication.
We ask you to contact us for the exact Leading Time.
When we quote delivery times it is in "working days". This means any day excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. We shall inform you immediately if we are informed of any delay and will inform you of the new delivery date.
We do our best to get our webshop "Live-updated", but if it happens that a product is stated in our shop as available and it's not the case, we will contact the cliënt by e-mail with the expected ETA.
If the cliënt does not agree, the order can be cancelled and we will pay the complete amount of the invoice back to the cliënt.
We can deliver to your door or you can collect your items at our Business address by appointment.
If you choose the delivery-to-your-door option, we will send it to the shipping address as stated by the order.
NAXCAR can't be held responsible for incorrect info (Address) specified by the cliënt with the order,
that will give extra shipping time or in case of a whole different shipping address, loss of the goods.
As soon as the products are delivered on the Shipping Address as mentioned with the order or confirmation mail,
goes the risk of the delivery to the cliënt.
We ask you to check the package before signing.
If there is anything damaged or suspicious, please contact us as soon as possible.
We sell products of different sizes, we can only give standard shipping rates for orders <20kg.
If you want a shipping quote for oversize items or to a Country that is not mentioned on our website,
contact us before placing the order and we'll get you a quote as soon as possible.
Standard shipping Rates, can be found on the website before placing an order.
(Other Country's than mentioned are available on request.)
All Truck Freight Items and orders +30kg need to be Insured seperately and need to be securely packed.
Neither of us, we as the seller and you as the cliënt want the items to be damaged when they arrive.
So to ensure a fast and safe delivery we only ship with Bpost (Belgian Post), FedEx, DHL, GLS or UPS Ground/Air shipping services. We can almost ship Worldwide !
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, if the product is not as stated on the website,
please contact us by e-mail and send your item back to our business address.
We only accept a return for a refund or exchange on products in new/unused condition in the original,
unopened package within 2 days.
Product(s) must be in new condition and in the original packaging (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way). In the event of fitment, flaw or defect pictures may be necessary to complete your request.
Any product that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.
In some cases, return of the physical product may not be required. For these products, instructions will be provided on how to process a field destroy or dispose of the original item.
The few exceptions for items that cannot be returned include:
Custom Wheels & Tires Packages.
Shipping Costs of a returned item is for the cliënt, unless there is evidence that the product is not the same as the ordered item on the website at the date when product was ordered.
If we agree after checking the goods, that the item(s) is not the same as the ordered item(s) we will fully refund
the value of the invoice, including shipping.
If the package is damaged or incomplete when it arrives on our address, Naxcar has the right to refund the value partially.
We store customer names, addresses, email addresses and phone numbers so we can find your order if you ask us about it, so we can tell you when your order ships. We do not store credit card numbers or bank account info.
We NEVER sell, rent or share customer information.
If you agree with the newsletter option, we may use your email address to tell you about discounts, promotions or other events, but will never share your info. Each email offers the option to unsubscribe from our mailing list with one click.
All our Naxcar Websites: NaxcarParts.com, NaxcarExclusive.com & NaxcarWheels.com are audited regularly to ensure information you share with us cannot be extracted by anyone else.
