Servicerime was o.k., however the sparepart is very expensive since no longer provided through master volt directly ( 1/3 increase in price). Shipping costs are also extraordinary expensive within EU. Anyhow, at least I received my spaceport in due time.

They’ve been great at getting me whatever I need right away and I am in Central America. As well they have been supportive in every way helping me diagnose any problem.
Navex Elektro is the only support I have in this part of the world and they’ve been fantastic.

The staff is friendly and willing to help. They graciously solve the smallest of issues. One small item I needed was not available from inventory but the tech found one in his shop and shipped it with my order. It's like dealing with close friends. Shipping was fast and my order complete.
